1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
RetroFlow Gutters provides:
Gutter installation (5” and 6” seamless systems)
Gutter repairs
Gutter guard installation
Gutter cleaning
Inspections and maintenance services
All services are performed based on the scope outlined in your estimate or proposal.
3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection
Final pricing may change if hidden issues are discovered (e.g., wood rot, structural damage)
Estimates are valid for a limited time (typically 7–14 days unless stated otherwise)
We will always communicate any changes before proceeding.
4. Scheduling & Access
Customers must provide safe and clear access to the work area
This includes access to rooflines, gutters, and surrounding property
If access is restricted or unsafe, service may be delayed or rescheduled
RetroFlow Gutters is not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather conditions
Unsafe work environments
Lack of access to the property
5. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before scheduling certain services
Remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
Accepted payment methods may include card, cash, or digital invoice
Late payments may result in additional fees or delays in future service.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Weather-related delays may occur and will be communicated promptly
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service
7. Workmanship & Warranty
We stand behind our work.
Installation services include a 5-year workmanship warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used
Warranty does not cover:
Storm or weather-related damage
Pre-existing structural issues
Lack of maintenance
Improper modifications made after installation
8. Property Conditions & Liability
Customers are responsible for informing us of any known hazards (loose roofing, electrical risks, etc.)
RetroFlow Gutters is not responsible for damage caused by:
Pre-existing structural issues
Improperly maintained roofs or fascia
Hidden defects not visible during inspection
We take care to protect your property, but minor disturbances may occur during service.
9. Gutter Performance Disclaimer
While we install systems designed for proper water flow:
No gutter system is 100% maintenance-free
Extreme weather conditions may impact performance
Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure long-term results
10. Third-Party Materials & Products
We use professional-grade materials from trusted manufacturers.
RetroFlow Gutters is not responsible for manufacturer defects but will assist with warranty claims when applicable.
11. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
Use it for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access
Copy or misuse content without permission
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
RetroFlow Gutters is not liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Water damage caused by pre-existing issues
Delays beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
