Service · Repairs

The fix usually costs less than you think.

Most gutter problems are small problems caught at the right time. We do honest repairs — leaks, sags, loose hangers, bad pitch, downspout work — and we'll tell you when a real fix makes more sense than a Band-Aid.

The Problem

Small leaks turn into big repairs faster than you'd think.

A drip at a corner seam isn't dramatic. Neither is a section that's started to sag. But left alone for a couple of seasons, these little issues end up rotting fascia, soaking soffit, and putting water against your foundation.

Most of the repairs we do would have been quick fixes a year earlier. So our advice is simple: if something looks off, ask us to come look. The inspection is free.

What we do

We fix the cause — not just the symptom.

A lot of "repairs" we see are just a fresh bead of caulk over an old problem. That'll buy a few months, but it doesn't fix anything. We figure out what's actually going on first — pitch, hangers, joints, downspout — and then fix the right thing.

And if a real fix doesn't make sense (the run is too far gone, or it's a chronic problem), we'll say so. Sometimes the honest answer is to replace one section instead of patching it for the third time.

Why it matters

What you actually get out of it

  • Repair before replace

If the bones of your gutter system are sound, we'd rather repair what's there. It saves you money and works just as well.

  • Honest assessments

We won't sell you a full replacement when a $200 fix would do. And we won't keep patching something that needs to be replaced.

  • Re-pitched runs

If a run isn't draining, the pitch is usually wrong. We can re-hang and re-pitch a section without replacing the whole thing.

  • Hanger replacement

Old spike-and-ferrule hangers pull through the fascia after a few years. We swap them out for hidden hangers spaced 24 inches.

  • Sealed seams & corners

Inside corners and end caps are where leaks usually start. We clean, prep, and properly seal — not just slap on caulk.

  • Downspout fixes

Clogged elbows, missing extensions, downspouts dumping at the foundation — all common, all fixable, usually fast.

Signs to watch for

It might be time to give us a call if…

  • Visible leak at a corner or seam
  • A section is sagging or pulling away from the house
  • Water spills over the front during heavy rain
  • The downspout doesn't drain or barely trickles
  • You see staining on siding under a joint
  • Hangers are visibly loose or missing
  • Wood rot showing on the fascia behind the gutter
  • Ice dams are forming in the same spot every winter
